What else would you do during a pandemic, when the world is facing a "stay at home" order and social distancing is the new norm? Buy a food truck -- The ultimate experience in human connection and social interaction. Despite our poor timing, we have an overwhelming need to cook hot dogs and create the most delectable dog creations for our community! Our time at home has helped us to hone our craft and bring you amazing combinations of flavors made with fresh, simple ingredients. After months of research and development, kitchen modifications and a beautiful makeover for our girl Bella (the truck), we are on the road!
